A club starts with the courts, but it comes to life through how the space, the services and the player experience are designed. PADELMANIA can work with you on developing and executing the project, drawing on the experience of its own clubs.
Together we define the club's concept, its functions and the path to opening. We establish what already exists, what needs to be prepared and which responsibilities each party takes on during execution.
The site or target area, the available surface, the estimated number of courts, the services you have in mind, an indicative budget and the timeline you want. If some decisions are still open, we discuss them from the start.
The scope of development, the execution, the deliverables and the responsibilities are set out in the partnership proposal. The club's later operation and the use of the PADELMANIA brand are discussed through the dedicated services.
