This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Romanian version, the Romanian version applies. 1.1. The website https://padelmania.ro (the “Site”) is managed by S.C. PADEL CLUB BUCURESTI S.R.L. (“PADELMANIA”, “we”), with the following identification details:
1.2. The following padel clubs operate under the PADELMANIA brand:
All three clubs are operated by S.C. PADEL CLUB BUCURESTI S.R.L.
2.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using the Site.
2.2. By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2.3. In addition to these Terms, the services provided at the clubs (court rental, lessons, membership, MANA Restaurant, massage, events and others) are subject to:
4.1. The Site is for information purposes. It presents the PADELMANIA clubs, courts, lessons, community, events, membership, MANA Restaurant, massage, services for businesses and the product catalog.
4.2. The prices, programs, schedules, availability and offers shown on the Site are indicative and may change. The information that applies is the one confirmed by the PADELMANIA team or shown in Playtomic at the time of booking.
4.3. We strive to keep the information accurate and up to date. Errors or update delays may still occur, and we correct them as soon as we notice them.
4.4. Products or services cannot be bought or paid for online on the Site.
5.1. PADELMANIA courts are booked exclusively online, through the Playtomic platform (app or website).
5.2. When you press “Continue in Playtomic”, you leave the Site. Playtomic is a platform operated by a third party, independent of PADELMANIA, with its own terms and its own privacy policy, which you accept directly in your relationship with Playtomic.
5.3. The availability, price and conditions of each booking, including the cancellation and refund rules, are shown in Playtomic at the time of booking.
5.4. We recommend paying through Playtomic. Alternatively, you can pay by card or in cash at the club reception.
5.5. PADELMANIA is not responsible for the operation of the Playtomic platform (for example outages, payment or account errors). For any question about a booking, you can contact us using the details in section 18.
5.6. Sending a form on the Site is not a booking and does not confirm the availability of a court.
6.1. The information about lessons, membership, SinglesPlay, MANA Restaurant, massage and the other club services is for presentation purposes. You are signed up for a service only after the PADELMANIA team confirms it, under the conditions communicated at that time.
6.2. The membership conditions (duration, benefits, price, payment method, suspension, termination) are set out in the membership contract or form signed at the club.
6.3. For lessons intended for children, the request is sent by the parent or legal representative. Children take part in activities under the coach's supervision and in line with the club rules.
7.1. The events calendar on the Site is for information purposes. Each event has its own sign-up method and its own rules.
7.2. Sign-up may take place on third-party platforms (for example padeltour.ro or rankedin.com), on ticketing platforms (for example livetickets.ro) or directly with the organizers, as indicated for each event. These platforms have their own terms and their own privacy policies.
7.3. The rules of each event (entry fee, categories, format, prizes, withdrawal or cancellation conditions) are those published by the organizer on the sign-up page.
7.4. Organizers may change, postpone or cancel an event. Registered participants are informed by the organizers through the channels used at sign-up.
7.5. Photos and video recordings may be taken during events and may be published on the Site and on PADELMANIA's social media. You can find details about the processing of images and about the right to object in the Privacy policy.
8.1. The Shop section presents products, including Drop Shot products, for information purposes. Products are bought at the clubs; the Site does not sell online.
8.2. Availability, price, models and sizes may differ from one club to another. You can check them using the “Ask about a product” form or directly at the club.
8.3. Product images are for presentation purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product (for example in color or finish). The Drop Shot trademarks belong to their owner.
8.4. For products bought at the club, you benefit from the rights provided by consumer protection legislation, including the legal guarantee of conformity (Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 140/2021).
9.1. You can send us requests through the forms on the Site (general contact, lessons, events and visits, services for clubs, Drop Shot B2B, catalog products). They reach the PADELMANIA team (office@padelmania.ro), who route them to the right person.
9.2. Please send accurate data and do not fill in other people's data unless you have the right to do so. For a child, the form is filled in by the parent or legal representative.
9.3. Sending a form does not create contractual obligations and does not confirm a booking, a sign-up or an offer. Any offer or confirmation is sent to you explicitly by the PADELMANIA team.
9.4. The data sent through the forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
10.1. The Site contains links to third-party platforms, including the clubs' WhatsApp communities, PADELMANIA's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts, the Linktree page, Playtomic, event sign-up platforms and Google Maps.
10.2. PADELMANIA does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their content, operation or policies. Their use is governed by each platform's terms.
10.3. Participation in the clubs' WhatsApp communities is subject to WhatsApp's terms and to the rules set by the community administrators. Your phone number becomes visible to the administrators and, depending on the group settings, to other members. The basic rules, also published on the WhatsApp communities page, are: messages are about padel and club life; members treat each other with respect; no ads, commercial offers or chain messages are posted; no phone numbers, photos or other data of other people are shared without their consent; bookings and cancellations are made in Playtomic or at the club reception. Administrators may delete messages and may remove from the community any members who do not follow these rules.
When you use the Site, you agree not to:
We may block access or requests that break these rules.
12.1. The Site's content (texts, logos, the PADELMANIA brand, graphic elements, photos, videos) belongs to PADELMANIA or its partners and is protected by copyright law and, where applicable, by trademark law.
12.2. Third-party trademarks and names mentioned on the Site (for example Playtomic, Drop Shot, MejorSet) belong to their owners and are used only to identify products and services.
12.3. You may view and share links to the Site's pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, modifying or commercially using the content is allowed only with our written consent.
13.1. Padel is a physical activity. Each participant is responsible for assessing their own health. If you have any medical conditions or doubts, we recommend consulting a doctor before playing.
13.2. Use suitable equipment. Proper footwear is essential to avoid injuries.
13.3. Follow the club rules and the instructions of the staff and coaches.
13.4. To the extent permitted by law, PADELMANIA is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow the club rules or the staff's instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that, under the law, cannot be excluded or limited, including liability for damage to life, bodily integrity or health.
13.5. We recommend using the lockers, where available, and following the rules displayed at the club regarding personal belongings.
14.1. The Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors.
14.2. To the extent permitted by law, PADELMANIA is not liable for:

We may update these Terms, for example when new services are introduced or the law changes. The version in force is the one published on the Site, with the date of the last update shown at the top. We recommend checking this page periodically.
17.1. These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
17.2. We try to resolve any complaint amicably. You can write to us at office@padelmania.ro.
17.3. If we do not reach an amicable solution, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
17.4. If you are a consumer, you can also file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), www.anpc.ro, or use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedures presented at www.anpc.ro/sal.
